Giris Liken planus, deri, mukoza, sac folikulleri ve tirnaklari tutan idyopatik inflamatuar bir dermatozdur. Hastaligin etyopatogenezinde hepatit C virusu, herpes virusler, asilar, kontakt alerjenler ve bazi ilaclarin rol oynadigi dusunulmektedir. Deri lezyonlari siklikla on kol fleksor ve alt ekstremite on yuzlere yerlesme egilimi gosterirken, mukozal lezyonlar oral ya da genital mukozayi tutar. Deri lezyonlari kasintili, mukozal lezyonlar asemptomatik veya agrili olabilir (1).
